Shipping Policy

All Cozy Chaos Club items are made to order...because of that, please allow up to 2 weeks for your order to be created, packed, and shipped.

Once it’s on the way, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Most orders ship through USPS, but sometimes UPS or FedEx may be used if they offer faster or more affordable delivery. (Even if checkout says USPS, we’ll always choose the best option for you!)

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order — we can’t replace or refund items sent to an incorrect address.

Estimated delivery time:

• Production: up to 2 weeks

• Shipping: 2–5 business days (depending on carrier and location)
