Hey friend!

Because every Cozy Chaos Club item is made just for you, we don’t accept returns or exchanges at this time.

That said... we want you to love your order! If something arrives damaged, defective, or not quite right, please reach out within 14 days of delivery so we can make it right.

For approved cases, we’re happy to offer store credit toward a future purchase.
We don’t cover return shipping costs (since most items are printed or handmade to order), but we’ll do our best to keep the process simple and fair.
